We are delighted to invite you to register for the World Convention of the International Confederation of Principals, which takes place in Mombasa, Kenya, from 19-23 August 2024. The theme of our Convention will be ‘Future Pathways for Learning and Learners’.

As always, our Convention offers the opportunity to hear from a range of speakers with a unique set of insights into the challenges and opportunities facing school leaders around the world. It is a particular pleasure to be able to announce that Professor Andreas Schleicher, OECD’s Director of Education and Skills, will be delivering the opening keynote address of our Convention.

As well as internationally renowned speakers, our time together also offers the chance to learn together and to meet colleagues from across the ICP family worldwide. Equally importantly, our Convention brings the opportunity to experience the warm welcome and hospitality of our friends in the Kenyan Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA) and the chance to find out more about their wonderful country.

Our 2024 Convention offers professional and personal development and the chance to find refreshment in a very special environment. We urge you not to miss this unique opportunity to join the worldwide family of ICP as it meets together. Both of us look forward to welcoming you to Mombasa in August 2024.

With all good wishes
